These VoiceKiller Terms of Service ("Terms") are between you ("you" or "your") and VoiceKiller ("VoiceKiller", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our Services in any way, by completing the account registration process, or by browsing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms apply to your access to and use of VoiceKiller's website, services, and products, including our text-to-speech with acting instructions, voice cloning, AI media editor, background noise removal tools, and API services (collectively, the "Services").

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above indicates when these Terms were last changed. Your continued use of our Services after we provide notice of changes will confirm your acceptance of the updated Terms.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

Age Requirements: You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.

Account Creation: To use VoiceKiller, you must create an account by providing:

• First name
• Last name
• Email address
• Password

You may also register using Google Sign-In.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and must promptly notify us if you discover unauthorized access. You may not share your account credentials with others.

Pro Lifetime - $67 (One-time payment)

• 59 minutes per month
• 36 total voices (11 with acting instructions, 25 without)

• Commercial usage rights included

Studio - $12/month or $121/year

• 120 minutes per month
• 78 total voices (53 with acting instructions, 25 without)
• Unlimited voice cloning
• API access included
• Background noise reduction included
• Commercial usage rights included

Studio Max - $70/month or $701/year

• 1,000 minutes per month
• 78 total voices (53 with acting instructions, 25 without)
• Unlimited voice cloning
• API access included
• Background noise reduction included
• Character rollover included
• Commercial usage rights included

Usage Measurement: All usage is measured in minutes, including text-to-speech generation, voice cloning, and background noise removal. Monthly limits reset on the 1st of every month. You can monitor your usage in your profile section.

Overage Policy: When you reach your monthly limit, voice generation will stop until the next monthly reset. No overage charges apply.

API Access: Currently, text-to-speech functionality is only available through API access.

3. Content and Voice Models

Your Content Rights: You retain all rights to content you create using our Services. We do not claim ownership of your generated audio or voice models.

Voice Cloning: You may clone any voice, provided you comply with all applicable laws and obtain necessary permissions. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to clone any voice you submit to our Services.

Content Restrictions: You may not use our Services to generate:

• Adult or sexual content
• Illegal content
• Content for blackmail, harassment, or threats
• Content that violates applicable laws or regulations

Commercial Use: Paid plans include commercial usage rights, allowing you to use generated content for business purposes, YouTube videos, podcasts, advertisements, and client work.

4. Payment and Billing

Subscription Renewals: Recurring subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your profile section.

Payment Authorization: You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all fees associated with your chosen plan.

Billing Cycles: Monthly subscriptions bill every month; annual subscriptions bill yearly. All billing occurs on the 1st of the month or your anniversary date.

Studio Max Rollover: Unused minutes on Studio Max plans automatically roll over to the next month on the 1st of every month.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all plans, including the lifetime Pro plan.

No Refunds on Renewals: We do not provide refunds for automatic subscription renewals. You must cancel before your next billing cycle to avoid charges.

Cancellation Process: Cancel your subscription anytime from your profile section. You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

Account Closure: If your account is terminated, you will forfeit all unused minutes and credits.

6. Intellectual Property

Our Rights: VoiceKiller retains all rights to our proprietary technology, algorithms, voice models, and Services. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our technology.

License to Use: Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Services according to your selected plan.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Services to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on others' intellectual property rights
• Generate content for harassment, threats, or illegal activities
• Impersonate others for fraudulent purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer our technology
• Share your account credentials

8. Service Availability

"As Is" Basis: Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.

Service Modifications: We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time without prior notice.

Third-Party Dependencies: Our Services may rely on third-party technologies beyond our control. We are not responsible for third-party service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VoiceKiller's total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or our Services is limited to the amount you paid for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business interruption.

Voice Data: When you create voice clones, we process your voice recordings to provide the Services. You may request deletion of your voice models through your account.

Data Security: We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information, but cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately, and any unused credits or minutes will be forfeited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Wyoming, United States.

Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
