By using Voicekiller, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our text-to-speech services.

2. User Account and Registration

When you Purchase Voicekiller, we automatically create account and forward you account details. You can also create account to start your free trail. To Create account you need to provide first and last name, email and Password

3. Service Plans and Payments

Voicekiller offers a free trial allowing up to 500 characters of text-to-speech conversion. Pro (paid) users are provided with 50,000 characters per month. The character usage limit is reset on the first of every month. Subscription payments are processed via Stripe. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for paid subscriptions. Refund requests must be sent to support@voicekiller.com.

4. User-Generated Content

Voicekiller stores user-generated audio content. Users retain full ownership and intellectual property rights to the content they create. Voicekiller does not claim any rights over user-generated audio.

5. Prohibited Use

Users are strictly prohibited from generating or uploading content that is offensive, abusive, sexual, illegal, or harmful in nature. Additionally, creating multiple fake accounts, attempting system penetration, or any other malicious activities are strictly forbidden and will result in immediate account termination.

6. Third-Party Integrations

Voicekiller integrates with third-party services, including Stripe for payment processing, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Pixel for analytics and user engagement tracking. By using our service, you acknowledge and agree to the use of these third-party services and their respective terms and privacy policies.

7. Privacy and Security

Voicekiller is committed to protecting user privacy and data security. We implement data encryption and adhere strictly to GDPR compliance standards. User information is stored securely and handled with utmost confidentiality.

9. Account Termination and Suspension

Voicekiller reserves the right to terminate or suspend any account immediately and without prior notice if the user violates these Terms of Service, engages in prohibited activities, or abuses the service.
